Blue Breeze Photo Booths provides professional photo booth rental services for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, private celebrations, and other special occasions.

Our services may include photo booth equipment, digital photography, instant photo printing, digital galleries, props, backdrops, attendants, and other event-related enhancements, depending on the package selected.

Specific services, features, and rental durations will be outlined in your booking confirmation or service agreement.

2. Reservations and Booking

All reservations are subject to availability.

A booking is considered confirmed only after Blue Breeze Photo Booths has received any required deposit or payment and issued written confirmation.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not guarantee availability or reserve an event date.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including the date, location, start time, and venue requirements.

3. Payments and Deposits

A nonrefundable booking deposit may be required to secure your event date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated during the booking process.

Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified in your booking agreement.

Failure to complete payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Additional charges may apply for extended rental time, travel outside our standard service area, special requests, or additional services.

All applicable fees will be disclosed before confirmation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change.

- **Client cancellations:** Booking deposits are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement or required by applicable law.
- **Rescheduling:** Requests to change an event date are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
- **Cancellation by Blue Breeze Photo Booths:** If we are unable to provide the contracted services, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund payments for services not provided, as appropriate under the booking agreement and applicable law.

Any additional cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, or rescheduling fees will be stated in the individual service agreement.

5. Event Setup and Venue Requirements

Clients must provide a safe, accessible, and suitable location for photo booth installation and operation.

Requirements may include:

- Adequate floor space for equipment and guest participation.
- Access to a reliable electrical outlet when required.
- Protection from rain, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, and unsafe conditions.
- Reasonable access for equipment loading, setup, and breakdown.
- Necessary venue permissions for installation and operation.

Blue Breeze Photo Booths reserves the right to modify or discontinue operation if conditions present a safety risk to guests, staff, or equipment.

6. Equipment Use and Damage

Our photo booth equipment is professionally maintained and must be treated with reasonable care.

Clients agree to help ensure that guests use the equipment appropriately.

The client may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage caused by the client or guests through negligence, misuse, or intentional misconduct, to the extent permitted by law and specified in the service agreement.

Blue Breeze Photo Booths is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended at the photo booth area.

7. Photo Booth Operation and Technical Issues

We strive to provide reliable equipment and uninterrupted service throughout your event.

However, occasional technical difficulties, power interruptions, software issues, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

If an interruption occurs, our team will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

Any applicable refunds or credits for significant service interruptions will be determined according to the service agreement and applicable law.

8. Photos, Videos, and Digital Content

Depending on the selected package, guests may receive digital photographs, printed photos, videos, GIFs, or other media.

Clients and guests are responsible for ensuring their participation and use of photo booth content comply with applicable laws and venue policies.

Blue Breeze Photo Booths may retain event media for a limited period to facilitate delivery, customer support, and fulfillment of contracted services.

**Marketing and promotional use:** Blue Breeze Photo Booths will obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable guest photographs or videos for public advertising, social media, or promotional purposes.

Clients should inform guests when photographs or videos will be captured and shared as part of the event experience.

9. Digital Galleries and Photo Delivery

Digital photographs and other media may be delivered through online galleries, download links, email, or other electronic methods.

Delivery methods and estimated timelines depend on the selected package.

Clients are encouraged to download and securely save their media upon delivery.

Blue Breeze Photo Booths does not guarantee indefinite storage or availability of digital files unless expressly stated in writing.

10. Guest Conduct and Safety

We want every guest to enjoy a fun and safe photo booth experience.

Blue Breeze Photo Booths reserves the right to refuse service or temporarily suspend operations when guests engage in threatening, abusive, dangerous, or destructive behavior.

Children should be supervised by a responsible adult when using the photo booth.

Clients are responsible for communicating relevant event rules and safety requirements to their guests.

11. Weather and Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, clients must provide suitable protection from weather conditions.

Blue Breeze Photo Booths may decline to install or operate equipment outdoors when rain, wind, excessive heat, or other conditions create a safety risk.

If weather conditions prevent safe operation, the parties will discuss reasonable alternatives consistent with the service agreement.

12. Delays and Overtime

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the photo booth location is available at the agreed setup time.

Delays caused by venue restrictions, unavailable space, lack of electrical access, or other client-controlled circumstances may reduce the available operating time.

Requests to extend service beyond the contracted rental period are subject to staff availability and additional charges agreed upon by the client.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Breeze Photo Booths will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Any additional limitations applicable to event services will be described in the signed service agreement.

14. Force Majeure

Blue Breeze Photo Booths shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, widespread power outages, or other unforeseen events.

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client and explore rescheduling, alternative arrangements, or appropriate refunds consistent with the service agreement and applicable law.

15. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All website content, including branding, logos, graphics, text, photographs owned by Blue Breeze Photo Booths, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Visitors may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use protected website materials without prior written permission.

Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

We respect the privacy of our clients and guests.

Personal information collected through our website, booking forms, and photo booth services may be used to respond to inquiries, manage reservations, process payments, deliver event media, and provide customer support.
